Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ corporate events annually with budgets up to $2M
- Manage cross-functional teams including vendors, AV, and creative partners
- Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
- Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and service providers
- Lead on-site production and troubleshoot real-time challenges
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and generate executive reports
- Maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with B2B focus
- Proven experience managing events with 500+ attendees
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in budget forecasting and vendor contract negotiation
- Strong proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Social Tables, etc.)
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale successful events
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
