Responsibilities

- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with $500K+ monthly budgets
- Oversee email automation and CRM programs to nurture leads and boost conversion rates
- Analyze multi-channel performance using Google Analytics 4, Tableau, and marketing attribution tools
- Conduct A/B tests and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user funnels
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing with revenue goals
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with proven success in scaling B2B/B2C campaigns
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Mailchimp)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Marketing
