As our Senior Events Manager, you will lead end-to-end production cycles, transforming complex concepts into seamless, memorable guest experiences. Join us in shaping the future of live events in the heart of NYC.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale corporate events from concept through to post-event analysis.
- Manage end-to-end budget oversight, including contract negotiations, vendor procurement, and ROI tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison for high-profile clients, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and communication standards.
- Oversee on-site production teams, including AV technicians, caterers, designers, and promotional staff.
- Develop innovative floor plans and creative activations that enhance attendee engagement and brand visibility.
- Mitigate operational risks by maintaining robust contingency plans and managing on-site crisis resolution.
- Mentor junior coordinators and support staff to foster a high-performance culture within the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional event management experience, preferably in a top-tier agency setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management software (Asana, Monday.com) and event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo).
- Superior negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing seven-figure event budgets.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by project scope.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- CMP or CSEP certification is highly preferred but not required.
