Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact event strategies from conceptualization to post-event analysis.
- Manage end-to-end event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to design immersive brand environments.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships, including venues, caterers, and AV production.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and superior attendee experiences.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize future event performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate event management or large-scale production.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software, registration tools, and project management platforms.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
