Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact corporate events and conferences.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, planning, and on-site execution.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior event coordinators and production staff.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Analyze event performance data to drive continuous improvement and future planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in events management or hospitality.
- Strong proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or Asana).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
