Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of complex events (200-5000 attendees) from conception to post-event analysis
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and ROI targets
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, AV specialists, and creative designers
- Manage budgets £500k+ with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for high-stakes events
- Leverage data analytics to optimize event performance and client satisfaction metrics
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and suppliers across Europe
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record executing luxury corporate events in London/Europe
- Expertise in budget management £500k+ and vendor contract negotiations
- Strong proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management with PMP certification preferred
- Fluency in English with additional European language advantageous
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with competing deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ successful complex event implementations
