Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, content marketing, email automation, and social media platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) to optimize ROI and KPIs
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences to improve conversion rates
- Manage digital advertising budget across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) with quarterly $150K+ spend
- Oversee content creation pipeline including blog posts, whitepapers, and video assets aligned with buyer personas
- Implement marketing automation workflows using HubSpot/Salesforce to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for CMO and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech sector
- Proven expertise in scaling lead generation pipelines with measurable ROI
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Marketing Automation
- Advanced proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and PPC campaign management
- Experience managing $100K+ digital advertising budgets with CPA optimization
- Strong data storytelling abilities with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
