Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ high-impact events annually across corporate, social, and hybrid platforms
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Leverage data analytics to optimize event ROI and attendee engagement metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, technicians, and coordinators
- Develop innovative event technologies and sustainable practices
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and vendors
- Drive post-event analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with $250K+ budget experience
- Proven expertise in hybrid event production and virtual platforms
- Advanced certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution skills
- Portfolio showcasing 15+ large-scale events (5,000+ attendees)
- Proficiency in event tech: Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong negotiation skills with venue and vendor contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
