- Design and execute 15+ annual events for C-suite executives, managing budgets up to $2M
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ vendors, designers, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts integrating AR/VR and sustainable practices
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize strategies for 20% year-over-year growth
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and exclusive NYC partners
- Maintain crisis management protocols for high-profile international events
- Mentor junior staff through structured training programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with 3+ at senior level
- Proven track record executing events for 500+ attendees
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in Cvent, Bizzabo, and venue management systems
- Portfolio demonstrating $5M+ budget management experience
- Strong PMP or Six Sigma certification
- Exceptional crisis resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in 3D event visualization software (e.g., SketchUp)
