- End-to-end management of 15+ premium events annually (corporate conferences, product launches, galas)
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and tech specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand strategy and KPIs
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial reporting
- Implement cutting-edge hybrid/virtual event technologies
- Forge and maintain strategic vendor partnerships
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in event management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven success executing 50+ events for Fortune 500 clients
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in budget management and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
