Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management: conceptualization, planning, execution, and post-event analysis
- Vendor negotiations and contract management with venues, caterers, and production partners
- Budget oversight ($500K+ events) with financial reporting and cost optimization
- Cross-functional leadership of creative, marketing, and operations teams
- Risk assessment and contingency planning for complex logistical scenarios
- Stakeholder management with C-level executives and external partners
- Technology integration for hybrid events and digital engagement platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in corporate/luxury event management with $300K+ budget experience
- Proven track record of executing 15+ large-scale events annually
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and execution
