Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of events, from initial concept and client briefing to post-event analysis and wrap-up.
- Develop and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maximizing value.
- Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and junior staff, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, including caterers, AV specialists, and venue partners.
- Oversee logistical planning, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site execution.
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations and company branding standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in events management, preferably within a corporate or high-end agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events (500+ attendees) and complex logistics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license is required.
