Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale corporate and experiential events.
- Manage complex event budgets, vendor negotiations, and long-term contracts to maximize ROI.
- Direct cross-functional teams, including design, logistics, marketing, and on-site production crews.
- Oversee venue sourcing, catering, AV/technical production, and guest management workflows.
- Develop innovative event concepts that align with client brand identity and engagement goals.
- Perform comprehensive post-event analysis to report on KPIs, attendee feedback, and strategic impact.
- Mitigate risks proactively through rigorous site assessments and contingency planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale event management or experiential agency environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets and vendor relationships.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Cvent, or Monday.com.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern experiential design trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-stakes stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as project scope requires.
