Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale corporate events and brand activations.
- Manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Cultivate and negotiate partnerships with high-end vendors, venues, and creative agencies.
- Direct cross-functional teams to ensure seamless on-site logistics and event day management.
- Develop innovative event concepts and experiential marketing strategies that align with client KPIs.
- Oversee post-event analytics to measure ROI and provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end event management, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and established network of industry vendors in NYC.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar) and project management tools.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to mentor junior staff and manage stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by client projects.
