You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of eventsāfrom conceptualization and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event analytics. We are looking for an individual who balances meticulous attention to detail with an innovative approach to brand engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale corporate events and brand activations.
- Develop and manage project budgets exceeding $500k, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with high-end vendors, venues, and creative partners.
- Create comprehensive event timelines, run-of-show documentation, and contingency plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to integrate experiential touchpoints.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, ensuring seamless operation and premium guest experiences.
- Analyze post-event data to produce reports and actionable insights for future strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional event management experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-day conferences and C-suite level programming.
- Proficiency in industry-standard event management software (e.g., Cvent, Splash, Asana).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a robust network of luxury vendor contacts.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven event success metrics.
