You will be at the helm of end-to-end event execution, shaping the identity of global brands through immersive live and hybrid events.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large-scale corporate conferences, galas, and product launches.
- Develop and manage multi-million dollar event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Strategically source, negotiate, and manage high-end venue contracts and third-party vendor relationships.
- Design innovative event themes, floor plans, and production schedules that align with client objectives.
- Direct on-site operations, managing teams to ensure flawless delivery under pressure.
- Analyze post-event performance metrics to provide actionable insights and ROI reports to stakeholders.
- Manage integrated marketing and registration workflows to maximize attendee engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale event management, preferably in a luxury or corporate agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $500k.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, Salesforce).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CMP or CSEP) is highly preferred.
