As our Senior Events Manager, you will lead end-to-end event lifecycles, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of high-profile corporate events and experiential campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end event budgets, including vendor negotiations, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including load-in/out schedules, audio-visual coordination, and guest flow.
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with premium venues, caterers, and technical vendors across the globe.
- Analyze event performance metrics and post-event feedback to drive continuous improvement in ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury or corporate event management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets with precision.
- Expertise in project management software (Asana, Monday.com) and event registration platforms (Cvent).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to maintain composure under high-pressure situations.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by project scope.
