You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact corporate events for our Fortune 500 client roster.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production of high-profile conferences, galas, and product launches.
- Develop comprehensive event budgets, timelines, and logistics plans to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with elite venue partners, AV teams, and high-end catering vendors.
- Lead on-site event staff and coordinate complex run-of-show schedules.
- Analyze post-event data and ROI metrics to report successes and areas for optimization.
- Drive innovative event design concepts that align with client brand identity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate event management or high-end experiential marketing.
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500k with high financial accuracy.
- Expertise in industry-leading event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong network of professional vendors.
- Ability to travel frequently for on-site production and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
