Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of large-scale corporate summits and product launches.
- Manage end-to-end budget oversight, ensuring maximum ROI and fiscal responsibility.
- Curate and manage relationships with high-end vendors, catering partners, and production agencies.
- Develop detailed run-of-show documents and production timelines for multi-day events.
- Execute complex site inspections and oversee on-site logistics to ensure flawless delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate brand narratives into physical activations.
- Mentor junior event staff and ensure cross-departmental alignment during project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate event management or high-end experiential agencies.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $500k per project.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep network of premium event vendors.
- Expert proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive under high pressure in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CMP or CSEP) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
