Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for a diverse portfolio of corporate events and activations.
- Develop comprehensive event strategies, including creative themes, logistical roadmaps, and attendee engagement models.
- Manage large-scale event budgets, ensuring financial transparency, profitability, and resource optimization.
- Negotiate contracts and foster long-term partnerships with high-end venues, catering teams, and AV production vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and post-event analytics tracking.
- Oversee on-site event production, resolving logistical challenges in real-time to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in large-scale corporate event management.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget activations with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Cvent, or Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project requirements dictate.
