Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end event strategies for high-profile corporate clients.
- Manage end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
- Lead on-site production teams to ensure flawless delivery of complex live and hybrid events.
- Oversee event budgets exceeding $500k, ensuring financial targets and ROI goals are met.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to drive event attendance and digital engagement metrics.
- Troubleshoot real-time logistical challenges during event deployment with poise and professional judgment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end corporate event management or production.
- Proven track record of managing multi-day conferences or large-scale product launches.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Cvent).
- Strong negotiation skills with a deep network of premium industry vendors.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to oversee international and domestic events.
