- Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale corporate and experiential events.
- Manage comprehensive event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure high-margin delivery.
- Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Direct onsite logistics, production crews, and staffing to guarantee seamless operations.
- Perform post-event analytics to measure ROI and identify areas for iterative improvement.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with venues, catering services, and audio-visual production partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate event management or high-end experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $500k per event.
- Expertise in industry-standard software (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Asana).
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, remote, or freelance teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
