Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis of multiple high-profile events, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive event strategies, proposals, and presentations that align with client objectives and company standards.
- Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, contract negotiation, and logistics coordination for venues, catering, audiovisual, entertainment, and staffing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to promote events and integrate them into broader organizational strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior event staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in event management, with a strong portfolio of successfully executed large-scale events.
- Proven expertise in budget management, financial forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong client and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required for site visits and event execution.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
