Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale corporate conferences and luxury brand activations.
- Manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining premium quality.
- Negotiate master service agreements with high-end vendors, venues, and talent agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing and lead generation goals into event strategy.
- Direct on-site operations to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional attendee experiences.
- Mentor junior event coordinators and support staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate event management or high-end experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $500,000 per project.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com) and event platforms (Cvent).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by event schedules.
