- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate events, including strategy, planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising on quality or attendee experience.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with a diverse network of vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Lead on-site operations, ensuring seamless logistics and acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Develop innovative event concepts and creative itineraries that align with client brand identity and business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive attendee engagement and maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven experience managing budgets of £50,000+.
- Strong proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused mindset.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CMP, APEX) is a plus.
