Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate events, from initial concept and strategy to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Manage and control event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering premium experiences within financial constraints.
- Source and negotiate contracts with premium venues, caterers, AV specialists, and luxury vendors.
- Oversee the coordination of cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and creative departments.
- Ensure all events adhere to strict brand guidelines and safety regulations.
- Conduct post-event reviews to optimize future performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing large-scale corporate and luxury private events.
- Strong track record of managing budgets exceeding £50,000.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and MS Office Suite.
- A robust network of venue and supplier contacts within the London market.
