Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale corporate summits, product launches, and gala events.
- Manage end-to-end event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining premium service standards.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with premium vendors, venues, and global stakeholders.
- Develop creative event concepts, including stage design, immersive tech integration, and attendee engagement strategies.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, personnel management, and crisis mitigation in high-pressure environments.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate event ROI and provide actionable insights to client stakeholders.
- Mentor junior event coordinators and foster a culture of excellence and collaborative production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end corporate event management or experiential agency environments.
- Proven track record of managing event budgets exceeding $500k.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Cvent).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a robust network of industry vendors in the NYC area.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as project requirements dictate.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with a high degree of emotional intelligence and professional poise.
