Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning and execution of large-scale corporate and experiential events.
- Manage comprehensive event budgets, including vendor negotiations, P&L responsibility, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative concepts that align with client brand identity.
- Oversee on-site event production, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Direct cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain timeline integrity and quality standards.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure event ROI and engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in event management, specifically within an agency or luxury brand setting.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Cvent, or Salesforce.
- Proven ability to manage high-budget projects exceeding $500k.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of stakeholder management.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as project requirements dictate.
- CMP or CSEP certification is highly preferred.
