Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end event strategies for large-scale corporate summits and product launches.
- Manage complex project timelines, budgets ranging from $100k to $1M+, and resource allocation.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with venues, caterers, and global vendors to ensure premium service.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, AV, marketing, and onsite logistics personnel.
- Provide on-site leadership to ensure seamless execution and immediate troubleshooting for live event environments.
- Analyze post-event metrics and ROI to provide actionable insights and reports for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate event management or high-end experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale events (500+ attendees) under tight deadlines.
- Expertise in industry-standard event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for global event activations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of adaptability in fast-paced environments.
