Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale corporate and experiential events.
- Develop and manage event budgets exceeding $500k, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including high-end AV production, catering, and venue procurement.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to design immersive and brand-aligned event experiences.
- Implement data-driven strategies to measure event ROI and post-event engagement metrics.
- Manage on-site logistics and crisis resolution to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate event management or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel events with 500+ attendees.
- Expert proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a robust network of luxury vendor contacts.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
