Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of complex corporate events from concept ideation to post-event analysis.
- Curate and manage relationships with elite global vendors, venues, and creative talent.
- Develop and oversee detailed event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining high production values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategy into immersive attendee experiences.
- Direct onsite logistics, production crews, and technical teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor industry trends to keep our service offerings at the cutting edge of experiential marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end corporate event management or experiential agency environments.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Cvent, and Salesforce.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets and large-scale logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and clients at the executive level.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as project requirements demand.
