Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and production for complex events ranging from 200 to 5,000+ attendees.
- Direct cross-functional teams including creative, A/V, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and manage comprehensive event budgets, timelines, and P&L statements.
- Oversee on-site production, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and VIP guests.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with venues, caterers, and production houses to maximize ROI.
- Analyze post-event data to report on KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies to ensure health, safety, and operational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale corporate event management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Cvent, Monday.com).
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to oversee international activations.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure environments.
