Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a diverse range of corporate events, conferences, and private gatherings.
- Manage the entire event budget, including forecasting, procurement, and cost control to maximize ROI.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best rates and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate on-site logistics, including setup, staffing, and troubleshooting during events.
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in event management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for venue inspections and events.
- Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality, Marketing, or Event Management.
