Responsibilities
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire event lifecycle from concept and pre-planning to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, understanding their vision and translating it into actionable logistics.
- Budget Control: Manage complex event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising on quality or experience.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with caterers, AV specialists, venues, and décor partners.
- On-Site Leadership: Lead on-site teams during events to troubleshoot issues, manage timelines, and ensure safety protocols are met.
- Strategic Planning: Develop innovative concepts and creative strategies to differentiate our events in a competitive market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in event management, preferably within a corporate agency setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field; CIM or DCMA certification is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
- Organization: Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, EventPro) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
