Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end event strategies for 10+ high-stakes annual events
- Manage £500K+ budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and client liaisons
- Develop innovative event concepts integrating AR/VR and sustainable practices
- Oversee crisis management and ensure flawless on-site execution
- Analyze post-event ROI and optimize future strategies
- Cultivate relationships with premium venue partners and suppliers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ years at senior level
- Proven track record of delivering 50+ events for global brands
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, EventPro)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP or CMP preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design capabilities
