- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with high-end vendors, venues, and creative partners.
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and operational playbooks to ensure flawless delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to align event objectives with broader business goals.
- Manage on-site logistics, talent, and technical production teams during complex event activations.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI metrics to optimize event performance and future budget allocation.
- Mentor junior event coordinators and ensure the highest standards of professional execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale event management, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets with precision.
- Exceptional project management skills with expertise in tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Cvent.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex vendor contract management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of managing high-stakes client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Ability to travel as required for site inspections and event supervision.
