Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning and execution of large-scale corporate events and brand activations.
- Manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, audiovisual, and catering vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and manage high-level relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and venue partners.
- Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting logistical challenges in real-time.
- Analyze event performance metrics and ROI to provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in event management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo) and CRM tools.
- Superior negotiation, vendor management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
