- Develop and nurture strong relationships with top-tier vendors, venues, and creative partners.
- Oversee on-site logistics, including stage management, vendor coordination, and technical production.
- Analyze event performance metrics and ROI to provide post-event reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving and contingency planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate event management or high-end experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets and complex logistical timelines.
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com) and event registration platforms.
