Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of corporate events, including conferences, galas, and product launches.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, including caterers, AV specialists, and venues, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety protocols and logistical workflows are executed flawlessly.
- Analyze event performance data and post-event feedback to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align event themes with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event management or operations within the Singapore market.
- Strong proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholders.
- Valid Work Permit or Singaporean Citizenship (relevant for location).
