- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure premium service standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, logistics, and catering staff, to ensure seamless on-site operations.
- Develop innovative event concepts and themes that align with client brand identity and strategic goals.
- Manage complex budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality or luxury.
- Oversee risk management protocols and contingency planning to mitigate potential issues before they arise.
- Present detailed proposals and timelines to stakeholders, securing buy-in and managing expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating luxury or corporate event success.
- Proven track record of managing events with budgets ranging from £20,000 to £100,000+.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of commanding respect with high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends or evenings for major event weekends.
- A degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
