In this role, you will oversee the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-event analysis, ensuring every detail exceeds client expectations and drives brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate and private events, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service standards.
- Develop comprehensive event budgets and monitor expenditure to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements, catering, audio-visual requirements, and on-site operations.
- Supervise a team of junior coordinators and interns, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event management, preferably within the corporate sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished professional demeanor.
- Valid UK driving license is preferred.
