Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including budgeting, planning, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and venue partners, to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, venues, and stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans to ensure safety and compliance.
- Prepare detailed post-event reports, analyzing KPIs and ROI for continuous improvement.
- Drive creative concepts that align with client brand identity and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in event management, preferably within a corporate agency setting.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex events on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Event Management, or Hospitality is preferred.
