Responsibilities
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the complete event lifecycle, from initial concept and client briefings to post-event analysis and reporting.
- Vendor Relations: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with caterers, AV specialists, venues, and entertainment providers.
- Budget Control: Develop accurate budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked, optimized, and delivered within financial constraints.
- Logistics & Operations: Coordinate complex schedules, manage on-site operations, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, providing clear and professional updates.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in event management, preferably within the corporate or luxury sectors.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
