In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our most prestigious corporate galas, product launches, and private celebrations. You will be the architect behind our brandās presence, ensuring every detailāfrom logistics to client relationsāis executed with precision and flair.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization & Strategy: Develop innovative event concepts that align with client brand identities and target audiences, ensuring a unique and engaging experience.
- End-to-End Execution: Manage all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and travel arrangements, ensuring operational excellence.
- Budget Management: Create detailed budgets, track expenses in real-time, and negotiate contracts with vendors to maximize ROI and ensure financial efficiency.
- Vendor Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with a trusted network of suppliers, ensuring quality control, timely delivery, and adherence to brand standards.
- On-Site Leadership: Direct on-site teams during events to troubleshoot issues instantly and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and delivering post-event feedback to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in event management, preferably within the corporate or luxury events sector.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Event Management, Marketing, or Hospitality is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas confidently to C-level executives.
- Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, adapt to last-minute changes, and maintain composure during high-stakes situations.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams effectively and driving results.
