Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular facility audits and risk assessments for hazardous materials and processes
- Design and deliver engaging safety training programs for 500+ employees across multiple sites
- Manage hazardous waste disposal and environmental permitting processes
- Drive continuous improvement through EHS data analytics and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety into operational workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or CHMM designation required
- Expert knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA compliance, and TSCA
- Proven experience leading behavioral-based safety programs
- Advanced proficiency in EHS software (e.g., Enviance, Intelex)
- Strong crisis management and regulatory negotiation skills
- Ability to develop executive-level EHS strategic plans
