Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections across industrial facilities
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management initiatives
- Manage hazardous waste disposal and environmental compliance documentation
- Mentor junior staff and deliver targeted safety training programs
- Analyze incident data to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
- 8+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) required
- Expertise in Texas environmental regulations and OSHA compliance
- Advanced knowledge of air quality permitting and waste management protocols
- Strong data analysis skills with EHS software proficiency
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
