Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with global standards
- Conduct risk assessments and audits across manufacturing facilities
- Lead emergency response planning and incident investigations
- Manage hazardous waste disposal and environmental monitoring programs
- Train employees on safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve sustainability targets
- Stay current with evolving environmental legislation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
- OSHA 30-hour and certified Safety Professional (CSP) credentials
- Expertise in EPA regulations and waste management protocols
- Advanced proficiency in EHS software (e.g., Intelex, Enablon)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) preferred
