  • Oversee environmental compliance programs including air/water permits, waste management, and spill prevention
  • Design and deliver engaging safety training programs for 500+ employees across multiple facilities
  • Drive sustainability initiatives through energy efficiency audits and carbon footprint reduction projects
  • Manage regulatory relationships with TCEQ, EPA, and OSHA to maintain compliance excellence
  • Lead emergency response planning and business continuity preparedness initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or energy sector
  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional) and/or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) credentials
  • Proven expertise implementing ANSI Z10 and ISO 45001 management systems
  • Advanced knowledge of EPA regulations (RCRA, CERCLA) and OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910)
  • Strong data analytics skills with EHS software experience (e.g., Enablon, Intelex)
