Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct high-value discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
- Track pipeline metrics and forecast accurately using Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales or account management.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
