Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and product alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle complex objections.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
